My corsa c20let is going to have its exhaust made monday and i'm undecided what size bore to have.

will it make much of a diffrence beeing bigger/smaller?

i dont want it to be loud if thats possible.

3" outward rolled tip but what size bore?

2.5 inch does it fine and isnt to loud, a 3 inch would be very loud

mine was 3 inch all the way through with a back box, wasnt that loud the turbo muffles most engine noise

mine with a 2.5 inch system and back box is only just bearable and the turbo on mine gives off a lovely sound

My Corsa Turbo ran a 2.5" size exhaust. As said, what spec is it, and what power is he going for? If he's planning to run a far amount of power you may as well get a 3" now as the 2.5" will become restrictive.

i went for a 2.5" with a £2 outward rolled tip.

spec at the moment is standard but hope to be as close to 300 as i can
