Got a hole in the soffit on the side of my house and I now have birds nesting in there. I want to get rid of it and patch the hole up so any ideas on the best and nicest way to go about it. I dont really want to end up killing the little birdies and I dont want to be paying some jumped up council worker £100s to take it away.

I was thinking of going up into the attic, getting the nest with the chicks and putting it on my garage roof but I dont really know what to do for the best. How long does it take the chicks to leave the nest? I think they are starlings.

Want to do it soon because my car is getting covered in bird shit
