Buy 2 sets, smash glass on one set cut plastic off the other, clean them up and paint the inside, then silicone them back together

Buy a set of Depo's off ebay. Can be had cheap enough now. Then you can use a hairdryer to soften the clue so the glass will prize off and then your away...
