Whenever I get hay fever my nose just starts bleeding and sadly it started about a week ago seems to eased off a bit now.

I've got a blocked nose, but so far my eyes are itch free. I'm hoping it's just a cold. I've only had hayfever once and it was fucking shite.

My best friend had really bad hayfeaver.

He heard of that therapy, whats it called, where they stick lots of pins in you... Dammit I can't remember what its bloody called.

Anyway, he had this done for an hour over about 4 weeks (once a week) and hasn't suffered with hayfeaver since, this was about 10+ years ago!!!!

Acupuncture, thats the one....

He went to an acupuncture clinic as I say, 4-5 weeks for an hour on saturday morning, job done.

He used to suffer really badly.
