Alright guys, I've got a little issue with my corsa 1.6 16v. When you start the car up from cold when the chokes on its fine but when the choke goes off the EML comes on  Its runs and drives fine though so I've got no idea why its coming on.
I've tried to do a paper clip test but its flashing up loads of old codes so I've left the battery off now to try to get the ECU to reset. I'll report back if i manage to get some new codes
So I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what might be causing this? As I say there are no noticeable problems

Probably the AFM,mates sport done it. Only came on after the choke went off and the revs dropped.

Hasen't got a AFM.
Choke? it hasen't got a choke eathier. That'll be the 'stepper motor' -
They have a warm up enrichment stage where more fuel is injected though for better idle when cold.
could be stepper motor/tps giving the wrong voltage, could be coolant temp sender giving wrong resistance, could be the lambda sensor detecting the wrong afr..
