i know this bloke who used to get an uncut loaf, cut the end off and pull all the innards out then fill it with noodles and put the end back on and eat it

In South Africa you get bunny chow which is a loaf of bread with the end cut off, pull out the insides, fill it with curry and eat it with the bread from the inside.
