I know its been said a million times but...
Either looking at getting a 3 series ci for around £6000 outright, probably the 325 or the 330 or a 1 series in a 2 litre petrol or diesel sports version of the hatchback. The 1 series would be on finance though for around 3 years though.
Any one have much experience with either?
Also any pictures of a 1 series with BBS CH on wouldn't go a miss
On another note, my dad went to see my brother at BMW at the weekend in the viper and ended up buying a new fully loaded carbon black Z4, pictures to follow shortly

Id go for the 3 series, apart from the front 2 seats the 1 series have fuck all room elswhere, the back is tiny because they have tried to make the boot big, but because of the RWD the diff means the boot floor is high up and so the boot is small too
Id stay debt free and get a 325 sport, bigger all round more space in the back bigger boot, and they look alot more executive

Definatly the 3 series, ive just got back from test driving a 325ci m sport and i must say its such a nice car and massive amounts of space all round. Cant stress enough how much space they have! Heres a few pics.
Sorry for poop pics, feels so solid on the road and put a proper smile on my face.
Oh and there was this in there aswell

I don't mind the 1 series, but if it was a choice between that and a 3, it'd be the 3 series every time

The 120d with 170ps engine is fantastic.
But I'd get the 3 series if it wasn't moon miles to save the finance.

Only 1 Series I would have would be the coupe, and even then I be wondering if people were thinking if I bought it because I couldn't afford a 3 Series!
