So, I bought a weighted skipping rope from Argos but it feels as though the wire is too long. It's adjustable, but I'm not sure how much slack it should have. Anyone on here do any skipping? Should the rope be taught when at it's highest and lowest points so as to complete a loop?

think the rule is something like if you stand on the rope with one foot and hold either end in your hands parallel to the floor should be at nipple height!! worked for me anyway
