Buy a Corsa B for a potental Xe set up which model would be the best in terms of doing the transplant for the eninge to go into?

Gsi would be the best really because it has the right drive shafts. But that's the only advantage over any other 16v model.

An 8v model would need the fuel pump changing and different mounts.

A diesel while having the right driveshafts would give you extra fuel system headaches.

So as above, any 16v model, gsi is best although they fetch a premium nowadays.
