Hello Geeks!
I work for a company and we are currently analyzing our support page to see what people think about it as it seems to get many hits but not much back, if you could take a look at the page in the link only "it support" and give any useful feedback please

Order now thing is useless as it just send you to the call us page. You should have an online order form that takes their details and you guys call or email back. Most would probs prefer this to phoning in the first instance.

Also, are the prices shown including the 20% discount? I'm guessing they are but i'd probs make it a touch clearer or put the 'normal price' in small lettering above so they know its a deal?

A huge gap between the body and the footer.
The contact details on the right should have one of those captcha things

£99 for a full service or windows repair is too expensive imo.
We currently pay £50 from our IT suppliers to setup a brand new PC and get it on the domain.
£99 is nearly half the price of some cheap entry level systems.

Cheers for the comment but setting up a new PC is allot quicker than a full service and repair, think of the time transfering data + software and updates etc.

maybe you should offer two tariff's.
One which is a service on the pc and full restore which includes data transfer / backup
The other could just be a full wipe and restore.
I find most of the time people just get so annoyed with the slowness that they tend to not really care too much about data/files
