Did anyone see/hear about this? As i have to listen to shitty radio 2 at work, its all i have heard all day.

If this was offered as a Council bans black candidates from training programme, would it be ok? I think not

I used to work with a guy who claimed in his end of year report that he was doing well because he had 21% BME students while the population of Liverpool is 6%.

when i was applying to the fire service i was told by a senior member if i put down that i was gay id pretty much walk in.
of course if it came out this was a lie id be dismissed.

There's probably more to this than that story leads you to believe. But stuff like this is ridiculous - whatever happened to free will?
