i totally agree with this, end of the day the vxr is a heavy 1400+kg car with lots of safety, gadgets designed for 80% of the people who buy the vxr!so its gonna need pleny of power to get it shifting, the lighter a car the less power it needs!

mate had a phase 3 one and was hugly dissapointed, 300hp should appear really really fast in any car, he just said it was ok!

i still think wot renault have done with the megane R26R is cracking idea, make a lightened version for the minority that want the car for out and out performance and dont mind loosing out on creature comforts!

Mates got Dap R springs on his vxr, fitted them a few weeks ago. I think its spoiled the ride!
