GREAT car. SHIT badge but a GREAT car.

They are disposable cars now though TBH. It is about 6+ years since I drove one.

I've heard such mixed reviews about these, most people say how awesome they are at handling (Lotus Suspension?) and others say how unreliable the cars are....

I wouldn't say they are awesome at handling, they are very good but my viewpoint is based on the fact I drove them when they were not fucked and 'night on the piss' money.

Great cars i loved mine, just lacking power. Never had much trouble with mine, sold it to a m8 and its still going strong. My other m8 dropped an evo engine in his and made it 4x4 i posted a link to the project thread quite a while ago.

My friend had a silver one and he loved it. Said it handled like no other car he's ever owned, the rev range was fantastic. Okay it wasn't the nippiest car in the world but very nice place to be inside as well!

I had a Satira 1.5 Sport a few months back now, it was fantastic fun. It had been slightly lowered and had a boy racer exhaust and sounded just right.
Handled like a train round corners, had loads of poke and was a right laugh to drive.
It actually reminded me very much of a 205GTi in that it had that massive grin factor, went and handled well and some of the build quality was shocking!
Wouldn't pay too much for one second hand though fella as they aren't exactly massively popular, probably due to badge snobs.
