gonna wash down then shampoo then wash down again. then is it best to use a microfibre towel to dry it or a shammy? then wax it. then take pics

okay, i'll wait here...
microfibre's are used for applying/removing products, not for drying.

ha went to halfords ova day and he said "this will be best for drying your car mate" and pointed at a set of 3 microfibre cloths lol

incorrect, i use a thick microfibre to dry with, same as one below

Rich H does microfibre clothes for £1 each, proper drying towels for something like £4. Bargain imho.

I've got large waffle weave drying towels in stock which are different to the Megs water magnets etc in the fact they don't turn rock solid, they're £4.50 each
I will be getting XL microfibre ones (near enough the size of a Corsa bonnet) back in soon too, but the shops taken a bit of a backburner recently with the detailing taking off like it has again atm.

I use one of Rich's huge drying towels, it looks like the one John linked to. Really brilliant it is, usually I can dry the whole car without having to wring it out until the end
