just wanting some tips really on my c16xe turbo that am building am going to be using corsa vxr forged pistons with a c16xe h section conrods with the small end opened up to take the vxr pistons as they are a 19mm gudgen pin over the c16's 18mm.all that will lower the comperssion nicely.going to be ported the head to start with but may take futher in the future i.e double valve spring and all that.the turbo i have decide to use is a gt28r as these are ball bearing so the spool up time should be quicker so less lag.upgrading the oil pump to have a steel inner gear over the sintered metal and a upgraded pressure relief valve.the exhaust manifold is going to be sr20det manifold which will be modded to fit.not sure on what injectors to use yet but i do have some fiest rs turbo blue's that my mate thinks should work.i know this is only half of what needs to be done but you sort of get where its going, just want to make sure i have everything covered before i start so if you think of some thing that could be problem leave a post and see if we can figure out a way round it cheers for any help and sorry for the essay

Better to start with an X18XE1 or the Z16XE with X18XE1 cylinder head and crank

Seems like you have most stuff covered mate, what power you aiming for?
I'm using X16XE with stock Corsa VXR turbo and manifold and stock rods and piston, piggyback ecu, oil filter relocation and oil cooler, Frontera cooler and custom pipework to Manzel inlet, still to sort injectors... only wanting 200bhp tho.
Have read that oil squirter are a good idea, you thought of using em?
