Why do they automatically think just because something doesnt have a roof that its either sporty or posh?

I was with my mum earlier and we spot some friends of the family, who were driving in one of them horrible megane coupe cabriolets, her instant reaction was, oh look theyve gone and got a posh car, i said FFS the audi youre driving is far more 'posh' if you want to call it that, then theres.

Theres a guy who works in the office opposite ours with a shit Saab 93 (on a T plate) convertible. The thing is a state (as is the way he dresses) but he thinks its the shit just because the roof goes down.

We love laughing at him as he tries and fails to impress women he works with
