Was a good boy, in bed by 9.30pm. Tried relaxing, thinking of nothing at all, and I cannot bloody get to sleep.

Donna came to bed after 11, still awake, had a natter, decided to get up and drink a few cups of coffee and stay awake. Not worth it now for 1.5 hours sleep..

Men behaving badly it is for a bit then Going to be f-ing knackard tomorrow night though.
