Finally after about 3 months of my car being off road since cam belt snapped its hopefully back on the road tomorrow  got a second hand head put on it after being skimmed etc, new timing kit, water pump, gasket etc was burning oil and misfiring, asked a mate who worked in a garage wether he thought it would pass mot and he said it should do so put it in his garage and it failed on emissions too high and track rod end excessive play, sorted the track rod end and got another mate to service the car for me, put it back in for mot and emissions were still slightly high ( i watched this time) and half way through the bloody radiator exploded and i was inches from just scrapping the car and f**king it off but stood my ground determined as ever to have it back on the road i bought a second hand radiator off cossieste and fitted it all myself, taken it for a new cat this morning and it looks like it running alot cleaner now so fingers crossed it will pass its mot tomorrow and i can have her back  can't wait
