Should of started one years ago, I would have thousands of pics So might aswell get one going now, better late than never.
Some of you might no I am a head gardener at a private school, I also have a small gardening company which is expanding fast, these are a few bits from this week at work

we trim shrubs
hedges
mow fine turf
brand new rose bed, full of pinks and whites. Need to get the whole bed packed with spring and winter bulbs next
make hanging baskets
seasonal bedding
Fit watering systems
pots
other pics
I planted this whole bed from scratch 4 years ago, inc the tree
So yeh, a few snaps of some bits of work. Will update this I hope weekly and get in the habit of taking the pics

Its bad for the grass rolling it the same way everytime, but once the school breaks up I will just do the standard stripes in squares which will make the grass blade tougher too
You need a mover that has a roller, that lawn is quite bad so I use a rotary mover. One day I would hope a cylinder can be used
