hi i was wandering what consists of changing my corsa sport rear beam from running drums to disk brakes? i know the 4 studs on them are different centres however would it just be a case of redrilling the rear beam and filling in the old holes with weld or something? any help would be much appreciated thanks :-)

Why?
Rear brakes keep you stable, they do about 10-15% of braking. Rear drums are sufficient.

they're less seriving need with rear discs and look better, also i would use mk4 astra parts so you can have a better handbrake

i decided mine hammered my drums in the end and went with discs, havent given them enough death yet to say there better but high speed braking is deffo more assuring.
