The living room and kitchen are quite big, double bedroom is good, but the bathroom and single bedroom are a bit pokey! Good points are knowing the landlord as he studied at uni with my older brother and i get the big bedroom

Broadband - PS3 - Sky = sorted! Reckon i'll save a load having a set routine and my own place to just do bugger all instead of a wild comute everyday.

The floors just lino. Pretty happy with it tbh. Can't think of anything on first look that will be an issue. Getting the landlord to fit a carpet to the livingroom and a long rug in the hallway due to floor boards being a bit cold in the winter time and i think floorboards a bit less homely!
