anyone know wht is invold in registering my car as a 2.0

change engine number and capacity on v5 then send it away. will either come back fine or dvla will ask for engineers report. get one of them send it back then all is well.

they dont always ask for a report. seems to be a 50/50 kinda thing.

whats an engineers report would check everything like an mot but more in depth i would of thought

done one on a boys radical kit car was to make sure it was safe

I just got an ivoice from where I got my wiring finished when I put the engine in myself just saying "engine fitting on it"

sent that off as they sent it back the first time asking for it, took sodding ages though to come back, start to finish sending post back and fourth took 6 weeks
