it's been taking forever and a day to buffer videos for me lately... thought it was something to do with my connection but when I download through Newsleecher or something I always get max speed so I've no idea what's going on

Found out it was my Kaspersky Internet Security screwing around with youtube. I added that URL to the exceptions list and hey presto

my computer is too old to play some clips and i cant upgrade it wthout buying a new computer. youtube in general has been pretty poor for a month or so for me. i cant actually watch videos i have uploaded myself some times.
