If you do not declare modifications to your engine your insurance could be invalid, and as far as im aware driving without insurance is a criminal offence.
So i reckon youd be ok with a 1.2 with a set of fancy bumpers and sum nice wheels but if you were to try and run NOS without tellin Mr Tescos insurance first your up shite creek!

can't really see it. My car has insured with all mods declared BUT only the value of the mods not the specifics.

so how do they check? My ploicy just says car make and model, not the mods I've declared too. So the law would have to check with the insurance company. By which time, all the murderers and rapist will have got away cause they are not as important as people who have 14" Fox 1's on when they aren't supposed to.

Voids your policy, if you get caught, which is a criminal offence.
Also wouldn't go telling your insrance co bout NoS, is very illegal.

Bet you won't see the tw@'s pulling over 68 year old Mr. Smith in his Rover 25 & taking pics of his Hella ice blue spotlamps, halfords chrome wheel trims & stickon speed stripes!!
Oh no!!, they'll only be interested in 19 year old drivers etc...
Makes me MAD!!

Well i hope this is true.
I pay my way and ALL my mods are declared. Undeclared mods invalidate the policy....nothing worst than having a d1ck smashing into your prestine bodykit and to find him/her not having insurance- which i've experianced.
Sorry to say but - Cant afford it DONT mod it.
