It is serious, I studied this in History years ago, if people had a headache that lasted for days they would go tp the local chemist who performed the surgery, there wasnt a high success rate 1000 yrs ago.

its called "trephanning" done with a "trephane" in the olden days, to release the "evil spirits" in people heads that caused headache's and mental probs.....

People did it in the 60's as it made them go on a permenant trip. If it is done in the correct place.

Very dangerous very true and still happens a lot. You would be suprised!!

Has been being done for thousands of years, even prehistoric folk were doing it, like 3CM says, was to release evil spirits that caused headaches and mental illnesses.
