Not after anything flashy
As its only ever used in a point and click manner
Would be nice if it was nice and slim, battery lasted well and took a good quality pic
Was looking around the £100 mark, sony, nikon, samsung and panasonic all make 12mp ones at that price that all look to do the same thing.
Just wondered if there are some makes to go for and some to avoid?
Danke

I bought a Nikon S210 in December 2008 for a bit under £100, I think there is a new version now but the battery still lasts forever on mine and for a camera that just gets used for the odd point-and-shoot it's ideal. One of the main reasons I bought it is it's 17mm thick and has an all-aluminium body so will fit in your pocket and it has withstood brick/concrete floors quite well It has the scars to prove it

I love my Pentax T20 as a little camera.
Bit old now though.
The pentax things are really compact though!
Pentax Optio S was awesome! Used to fit inside a fag packet.
