I need to change the front drivers side tyre, its curently 195 60 15, and ive got two 195 65 15s
and whats the best way to remove the tyre? with out damaging my alloy wheel.

Yes, take it to garage who will have it off in about 2 minutes, not worth doing it yourself really.

Part worm tyres by me £15 quid each, and they charge that even if its your own tyre u want fitting replaced !!

Set the wheels on fire and the rubber will melt then just pull the wire bits away. Your alloys will be fine as they won't burn.

Also, Ive found round Lincoln way no one will fit your own parts as they cant guarantee them, they have to buy them in and fit them for you. I would say tyres are included
