Does anyone know the torque settings for the head bolts for the x14xe engine?

best off checking the haynes manual it will be at least a 3 stage torque setting. With a re-torque after the engines been up to temperature.

This is what my haynes says for your engine.
Stage 1: 25NM/44lbf ft
Stage 2: Angle tighten a further 90 Degrees
Stage 3: Angle tighten a further 90 Degrees
Stage 4: Angle tighten a further 90 Degrees
Stage 5: Angle tighten a further 45 Degrees

And you work from the inside bolts toward the outside bolts when bolting the head down.
