i heard they aren't bothered as they can remove the clamps themselves.

to be honest, it was probably cheaper for him to get clamped and released than to park in a bay in knightsbridge!

Why are they quoting how many MPG the cars do in that article. It is verging on a non-story, I'll give them that.
