Will a Clio be safer? They look more substantial to me. Saxo's have nothing to them at all. I know you dont plan on crashing but I would hate to be in a crash in a Saxo.

edit - just looked the crash ratings up and Saxo scores 2 out of 5, Clio scores 4 out of 5. Sorry for being a bit Captain Sensible

Nout wrong with a Clio, parts are dirt cheap if it brakes anyway

Great cars, put a huge grin on your face everytime you drive it. It's what a fwd BMW would drive like.

Good car is the 172, I'd have a Ph1 172 over any of the later models.

I just prefer them, they feel lighter and more responsive. I prefer the look of them aswell

Aux belt needs doing as well, could do with someone that knows what they are talking about in here.

I forgot to ask whether the belts had been done but budgeted for that eventuality.

Jambo, where did you get your carbon interior inserts? And steering wheels, can you get them recovered?
