Cheap things you could do are:
Cheap lowering springs (as already said)
Remove rear wiper (as said)
Colour code bits (as said)
tigra scuttle
flat blade wipers
Paint calipers
Tidy engine bay
Just clean and refurbish everything
Cheap backbox and centre section
White dials
LED bulbs in dash
black rooflining

bit more expensive:
smooth boot lock out
fit central locking
depo's
full lowering kit
sideskirts
set of seats

All those things should be easily achievable for very little.

yh well so far from standard envoy condish ive colour coded bumpers, sport interior, spoiler, chrome handles, fli soundsytem all round, debadged, flat grille, exhast (think its powerflow) oval exit, painted calipers red but do need redoing .................... looking to get the rev counter speedo pod and lowering kit .. also needs a black carpet and white leds and tigra scuttle n flat blades .. ive got depo black inserts also but dno if the valeos are worth risking to take apart as adz (green thing now adam c) says theyr almost impossible as they keep breaking but yh ..... might just sell and get a 1.4 16v

colour coding, refurb wheels to black, lower it and some different wing mirrors should make a huge difference imo and not cost much at all.

I would change the wheels to some other ones if you wanted black ones, some nice 5 spoke Astra sport, Tigra or Cesaro rims, I just dont think multi spokes like you have look good in black

My ones, I'm in the process of re painting them.
