I bought Paul Simon 'Graceland' on 12" LP.
The Royal Mail postman decided it WAS going through the letterbox. When I got home it was sitting at an angle on the floor propped up by other mail. It's been warm today and its warped the vinyl because it was sat like it for about 6 hours.
There are ways of straightening it but its still annoying that it happened.

Depends how bad it is tbh.
I've laid a warped vinyl underneath a pile of heavy towels in my airing cupboard for a while and it sorted it out, but the LP wasn't too bad to begin with.
Edit - place the LP on something like a strip of card or something too....with the towels on top of course.

You're annoyed because it was posted, and landed at an angle?

Cover is beyond repair really, creased and all sorts. It didnt cost me much, £3 inc. postage but its not the point.

Can only claim if it's sent special delivery, they'll tell you to gtf essentially, and try to claim off the seller.
if it's properly damaged you can phone the mail centre, but I doubt they'll do anything about it

There is a form on their website. Looks like they pay market value.
