That not mean that trying to insurane even the lower spec transit will become a pain now that you have a claim against you?

no pics as I was a bit miffed, said I would never ever do it and Im always wary at roundabouts for it, heavy rain, new road surface, dont know what happend to be honest, did slide for what seemed like forever though.

no damage to the Doblo at all, Corsas bumber has an ever so slight bow in it in the numberplate recess, didnt take pics because I doubt it would even show up on my phone, had 2 old dears in, got out and made sure they were ok, they were more concerned about me I was absolutly devastated

they were fine from the off about me paying for the damage and not getting insurance involved or anything, told them to go get a written quote and ring me to sort it out

hell of a bang too

this is what i hate about insurance, people prefer not to use their "insurance" when they have an accident as its more expensive

what a sad state of affair, i really hate insurance etc you can't win

Very lucky, but always good to hear of genuine people who are happy just to rectify the damage rather than try and bleed you dry.

Glad it's sorted anyway mate!
