Make vinaigrette with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a little mustard and have it on some salad. Stick a boiled egg on there too if you're feeling it.

Don't knock it until you've tried it. I have it with everything, it's epic with cheese of toast. It's probably more intended for duck/chicken etc as they are often cooked with fruits but I think it goes with everything, I had it on salad this afternoon with trout in sundried tomato butter.
It's only about £1.60 IIRC?
Oh, when you say tuna do you mean like John West in a tin stuff or bluefin steak stuff?

Do you guys just eat tuna on it's own? I'm on a high protein diet at the moment but I've only really ever had tuna in sandwiches and pasta.

Tuna steaks don't taste that different to tinned tuna imo.
I'm going to try with some vinegar though, never thought of that.
