for sale, c20let + f28 with quaife atb diff



the engine had a full rebuild around 5-6k ago
i have loads of pics to back up spec and prove build etc
engine is still fitted into my corsa b and can be heard running
would be an ideal conversion for a corsa b
engine ran around 400bhp at 1.5bar on a t04E turbo
but is capable of 500+ with a new inlet and turbo

spec:

dta s60 pro engine managment with custom loom sold
3bar map sensor sold
boost controlled by ecu with air injector
siemens 660cc injectors @2 bar fuel pressure sold
vectra ecotec coilpack £20
3" tophat sold
2 1/2" stainless boost pipes with front mount intercooler sold
tial 44m v band external wastegate + screamer pipe sold
custom equal length exhaust manifold with external wastegate take off and t3 flange made by alunox exhausts £400

alunox 3" exhaust system for corsa b with 1 rear silencer and 3 1/2" tailpipe £300
both suit t3/t4 t04E turbo but other may fit
corsa b alloy rad
bailey dumpvalve £40


HEAD:
ported and polishe (by phil2) fitted with new valve guides, cut back to match ports
c20xe cams
piper vernier pulleys
solid lifters
piper double valve springs
cometic 1.6mm steel headgasket
qed dizzy blanking plate kit

BLOCK:
re bored to 87mm (+1mm oversize)
omega 87mm forged pistons
steel rods with arp bolts
arp headstud kit
arp flywheel bolts
lightened flywheel
sbd uprated oil pump (tougher gears)
sbd uprated crank bolts
regroung crank with +0.25 acl bearings £2000
inc starter and alt and inlet

helix cerametallic 4 paddle clutch and cover suit f28 £200

GEARBOX:
f28 6 speed gearbox fitted with a Quaiffe atb diff
box has been stripped and checked by local gearbox center and is fine and had 3rd/4th gear synchro replaced with one from another box
no crunches or wines sold

ther is probably a few things i have forgotten but i will add as i remember

looking for 4.5k for the lot or as i said i may split if there is enough interest

if you split id be interested in ecu, loom, injectors and maybe a few more bits

manifold was around 550, was 1100 for the full exhaust system with screamer pipe
