So cant run or cycle, what else is there I can do to lose weight? rekon I could probably still swim but dont have time to get there.

my knee has always clicked when I turn, but was on the thread mill and I started getting a pain in my joint on the right hand side of my right knee. Now after 2 mins of running the pain is back.

Get it looked at before you do more exercise. You could be making it worse.

My knees click and ache and get stiff constantly. Im not goint to get them looked at because no one remembers the person that had a succesful knee operation but theyll remember the man whos knee exploded.

you should see a physio and maybe use this time to leave the cardio alone and do some weights.

Knees clicking doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong so don't worry about that.

can u see a physio through the NHS or am I looking at a private sports physio?
