ohh rite lol are they expensive to buy? ive been told its potchy,if it is would it wise to chuck new pistons in there aswell or any other recomended bits?

not all the time but when i put my foot down an when im at traffic lights it does seem 2 b gettin worse ive refilled it from rock bottom in 4 times in a month and a half?

First thing to do is a compression test, this will give you an idea as to whether or not the rings have gone. The rings are about £70 to buy. But you're going to need to do a fair few other bits to get to them which is what will bump the costs up.

Does is smoke on start up at all? Like first thing in the morning etc? If so you're valve stem seals might have gone as well so it would be well worth doing those at the same time. You'd only need to buy new pistons if you're bores have badly worn though. This would mean a rebore with oversized pistons.

Mine did exactly the same as yours though Just finished rebuilding it and *touch wood* its alright now.
