I have fk's and from about an hour of driving they seemed really good and smooth. Anything will be better than ta techniks

are you talking about the cheap fk ones? (yellow springs) around £150?

if so there ok if your going just 60mm all round, but if you want to go lower the fronts are already maxed out (i was about 65mm but sitting on the bumpstops so obviously not the best), but guess there ok for the money..

i have had ta technix a few times now and have some on order at the moment, a lot better all round imo, better quality, better ride and can go a lot lower if you would like (atleast you have the option)

my 2 pence worth

The fronts go down to 100mm?
they are four coilovers instead of springs and shocks on the rear

Ah right mine are the blue spring ones. They seem a general good suspension. And I can wind mine down to about 120. The ta techniks where smooth but rubbed and where all I expected from cheap coilovers. A hard ride and not great improvement on handling

Spring and shock combo all the way.

Anything that dosnt have adjustable height and rebound isnt gonna be as good as a set of matched springs and shocks imo. They will all be as bad as each other.

Bilstein are probably the best after hearing a few people opinions. Coilovers are a 'get what you pay'
