I spent quite a bit on mine, like £600
memory foam, king size, etc. You sleep in it everyday so I thought it was wirth spending the cash. Went to dreams, found the one i wanted then went online and saved loads (dreams change the names so you have to remember the spec and then search the net that way)
Love my bed, and everyone who's stayed in it has commented on it being so nice.

Was looking at this one
http://www.bensonsforbeds.co.uk/Bed-Frames/Leather-Uphostered-Bed-Frames/King/Brooklyn-Ottoman-King-Size-Lift-Bed;49850.aspx
Or this one as it matches other bedroom stuff
http://www.harveysfurniture.co.uk/products/bedroom/categories/bed-frames/richmond-bedroom-king-size-bedframe.aspx
Storage for towels and bedding. Just worried about breaking the slats as boarding this will add much more weight when lifting the bed to put things in and out. Broke the slats on my bed when there was just me in it...
New wardrobes land on Tuesday so will have to see how much room i have. Super King would just be brilliant if possible.

I did the double i have now. Mum bought a new matress for my birthday as well. Will put in spare room as i refuse to throw away a £600+ bed. End of the day, you spend a lot of time in bed, hence i don't mind spending money on it.

Seems a lot for something that isn't even genuine leather.

oh and word of advice if you're 6ft or more.- don't get a sleigh bed.
i'm 6ft and my feet hang off the end off my bed with a sleigh bed i'd have to bend my legs which usually ends up with me getting cramp.

Not a fan of IKEA stuff tbh.
Think my Mum is going to buy me the matress for Christmas. Ones i've looked at are like £400. The old double bed is going in the spare room for now.

I have a cushion topped one, don't have to turn it or anything, Argo usually have some good deals on, I think I saved 300 off retail for mine.
Edit: this is it
