my girlfriends corsa b has an annoying banging noise coming from the back when ever she hits any bumps? we have replaced both springs, the shocks seem ok and there doesnt seem to be any wobble or noise from the wheel bearings, or play in the bushes, any ideas? we have also checked to make sure the exhaust isnt banging on anything,

well, found out last night with the car stupidly fully loaded with shopping that the rear right shock is fooked and the exhaust is hitting the exhaust, looks like i better get some rubber mounts ordered and try to source some new shocks or a lowereing kit,

Changing the rubber mounts on a corsa exhaust will make no difference, need to take it to a garage/ exhaust specialist and ask them to heat up just infront of axle and you want to push the back of the front box up, and pull back (tailpipe end) down

just undo the clamp and twist the rear box when the car is on the floor not jacked up to a better position
