I know I'm being Mr. Old News here, but I just bought this game and it is awesome. Best driving game out for the PS3 so far.

I'm loving the fact that you can compete in the singleplayer against people on your PSN.

as far as games go its crap, very low content

as far as driving some nice looking cars round a graphically beautiful track then its fantastic.

im serious.

its a crap game.

online is shite
physics are not bad (better than shifts)
sounds are diabolical
very low content (couple of tracks)
no customisation
no damage

shift has more cars, tracks, better online, better sound, more customisation and better damage

so as a game goes, its crap.

I hated prologue too. What annoyed me most is that if I bumped into cars I'd get a penalty yet computer cars would just drive straight through me. Plus the cars felt fat, heavy and slow.

Actually, to be pedantic I quoted a typo as he clearly just missed a letter and probably knows it's not spelled without an L. Where as I, on the other hand, live in a foreign country and could probably just as easily have spelled every single word wrong.
I could do that in my first language as well, tbh.

Yeah but in truth, the game was only a demo before the full version comes out.

I think NFS: Shift has to be one of the best games I've bought, and it has to be the best NFS game in years. There are a couple of niggly things with it that can be annoying, but other than those small things it's a top game.

Oh, I'd recommend saving up for a Murcielago once you get to tier 3 and then Works converting it. 970bhp ftw

Already there! Awesome car, but I'm doing a better job of mastering corners in my E92 M3 as the Murc is just too damn powerful.
