Hey, so today i built my engine back up as i had the head washed/skimmed and i got everything timed up and turned the engine over and i get all the signs of compression etc. etc. and the fuel rail is pressurising, but i just don't get a spark?

Now, i have a brand new coil pack and crank sensor, the only outstanding component would be the cam sensor, am i correct? Although i did a paper clip test and i get no codes at all!

Any help?!

i have a spare cam sensor.
are all the earth's connected.

Yes mate, all the earth's are connected as far as i'm aware! Where abouts in cheshire do you live mate? I'm in congleton!

Fixed, it was a dodgy earth that had come undo and slipped down the insulation, therefore it looked like nothing was wrong! Hawk eye spotted it
