I'm fully aware that google throws up roughly 200 billion pieces of software that does this but I'm after your opinion for my requirements 
I'm after a tagger that..
Tags the songs correctly
Moves the files into directories based on artist name (Arctic monkeys moved into C/Music/Arctic Monkeys, Pendulum into C/Music/Pendulum etc)
In bulk preferably, none of this "10 at a time" shit

There's nothing that does it reliably automatically.
Best solution I've found is mp3 tagger and mp3 folder creator and it takes forever.

MP3 Folder creator is what I was mainly after cheers mate, looks alot tidier now (After initially thinking it had deleted ALL my tracks  )

Winamp has a decent auto-tagger that i use a fair amount. I tend to sort my collection as i go along though.
