I only use torrentleech for the odd thing now as I don't have my dedi box anymore but move to usenet.
It costs but it is well worth it - no need seed so you don't have to worry about leaving your computer on to seed back what you've downloaded and it's guaranteed to max out your connection every single time.
I've got a spare TL invite if you want one
