hey all wanna fit some gass lifters on my bonnet , iv got two off a boot of a ka , im gonna get them fitted then everntually ill spray them, just wondering were about i position them under the bonnet? Ino they need to lie flat when the bonnet shuts but i thinks its abit harder than that lol any tips will help cheers

Buy some Corsa ones, don't be rough!
Mk3 Golf ones are the same IIRC just to let you know.

He's on about using them on his bonnet!
They need to be quite short ones to make it work.
Open your bonnet. LIne up the lifter where it touches the bonnet and the wing. Make sure its fixed further back at the bottom if you get me,
Mate used the wing bolt holes on his mk2 Golf if thats any help.
Trial and error im afriad unless someone has pics

When I had them few years back

Might be different for yours tho but rough idea at least
