Also been looking a getting one past few days. Wanted one since I was a kid but were always quite dear.

Saw a starter package for £150 on eBay yesterday that looked quite cool, came with an m3 gtr shell :-)

the problem is i put the glow start on charge( tryed 3 difftrent glow starts and 2 diffrent chargers) and it aint going to start, should the glow plug be cold straight after i disconnect it? also when pulling the cord to start it, it seems to be throwing fuel out the exhaust, thanks

Take the glow plug out, put the glow starter on and see if the plug glows (watch your fingers gets hot) if not you need a new glow plug.

If its glowing it works. With the plug still removed pull the pull start a few times to get rid of the fuel, you've probably flooded the engine. Insert the plug back in, put your finger over the cars exhaust and pull the pull start a few times witout the glow starter 3 or 4 times should be enough then try and start it with the glow starter.

id go for knackered glow start by the sounds of it, considering how hot it gets it shouldnt be cold straight after.
