DNS issues. If you know how to configure your router then use a public DNS like this one http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/

Twigster, try this:
(XP instructions)
Click on the Start button, select Run and then type in cmd and click OK.
Now, type in:
ipconfig /flushdns and press enter, then close the command prompt (cmd) box.
(Vista/7 instructions)
Click on Start button, in the "search programs and files" box type in cmd and when it comes up right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
Now, type in:
ipconfig /flushdns and press enter, then close the command prompt (cmd) box.
Once you've done this, try vvoc.com in your web browser. Does it work now?
