So basically I sold my old Fiesta to my mate about 2 years ago, just before I had to pay for a new log book because I lost it, so I give him the car send off the log book the end. Then about 6 months ago I get a letter saying I failed to notify them of change of keeper £80 fine or write back, so I wrote back explaining I sent if off and heard nothing, so they must of realised their mistake. Today I get a letter to say I have a court date in November or pay a £1000 fine! seriously wtf, every time I phone them its a fucking answering machine too.
