bought this today, nice wide angle 16-35 L series. its the mk 2. going to be getting a nice car rig set up soon so will be able to capture some lovely shots soon...
slowly building it all up!

oooooooo nice setup which lenses are in the top left? and what camera is on the top right? i'm looking to make the change over to canon myself, its the 5D MKII i was looking at as well

Are you making it? I got an extending pole from Wickes, it fits in the car which is handy but doubles in length.

Iv found the piping and its definatly the right stuff lol stupidly light and stupidly rigid (stuff they use in aviation stuff apparently) which is quite expensive to buy unless you know people who can source you meter long cut offs , just a case of joining them together somehow but im going to be using a curtain pole in the center i think.

ill see what my mate can do about the pipe, we made mine today not properly tested it yet but i need to somehow make a part to keep it sturdier as its failry long so wobbles a bit and even though ill be holding the camera id still like it to be a bit more firm .
will let you know how i get on when i get chance to try in properly.
