Time for upgrade and ive been offered these two on a pretty good cheap contract.
Not bothered about it being all singin all dancin but just wanna, text, call and a bit of internet when im out and about.
Heard a few negatives about the wildfire and a crappy screen res compared to most but what are your thoughts on both?

Don't know much about either of those phones, but the Desire and Galaxy S get rave reviews.

Neither are brilliant to be honest and as you say the Wildfire has a few screen issues. Personally i would get the Wildfire, sell it on, get something like the ZTE Blade (aka Orange San Fran) for £100 and unlock it ($3). The Blade is a lot better phone that the Wildfire.

I've got the Wildfire (White) and touch wood had no problems absolutley love it.
